Kettlebell rack lunges are an awesome variation of the lunge that trains the core as well as the legs. I performed this exercise while training for my upcoming season with the Trenton Steel at Underground Fitness in Edison, NJ with trainer Joe Meglio. It is an excellent movement to overcome muscular imbalances and prevent injuries. For optimal results, perform 3-4 sets of 6-12 reps. Important Key... more.

Swiss ball dumbbell bench press is a great way to build power in your stabilizer muscles, strengthen your core and even alleviate shoulder pain.
